The antibody is directed against the BoCD8 antigen, which is the bovine equivalent of CD8. The antibody will also react with the equivalent antigen in sheep and goats.
Preparation Note
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells require mouse macrophage feeder layers upon resuscitation
RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 1% Hypoxanthine, Thymidine (HT) supplement + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
