Derived from a pleural effusion taken from a 71-year-old Caucasian male suffering from small cell lung carcinoma.

Preparation Note

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. Cells grow as floating aggregates.
RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
