Application
SUP-T1 has been used in a study targeting B-cell neoplasia with T-cell receptors recognizing a cluster of differentiation 20 (CD20)-derived peptide on patient-specific human leucocyte antigen (HLA). Existing appl-SUP-T1 cells have been used for growth of HIV-1.
Cells have been used for growth of HIV-1
Biochem/physiol Actions
Derived from a Malignant pleural effusion taken from an eight year old caucasian male with T cell lymphoblastic lymphoma. These cells are E-rosette, Leu 5, OKT9 and CALLA negative. They also express β2M, Leu 1, 2, 3a, 4, 6, 9 and OKT10 antigens and are CD4 positive. These cells are negative for Tac, HLA-DR and surface immunoglobulin.
Human T cell lymphoblastic Lymphoma
