Mouse Sp2/0 x Mouse spleen
The ED7 hybridoma secretes antibodies reactive against rat monocytes, macrophages and granulocytes. Two proteins of 160kDa and 95kDa are immunoprecipitated under reducing conditions. The antibody also recognises rat SIRP (personal communication).
Preparation Note
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C
RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
