Human oral squamous cell carcinoma

PE/CA-PJ41 (clone D2) has been derived from the oral squamous epithelium of a 67 year old female patient. The cell line, also known as Plaepi 41, has been shown to express cytokeratin.

IDMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).

Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:2 to 1:8 i.e. seeding at 1-4 x 10,000 cells/cm² using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO₂; 37°C.
