General description

The CELSTIR Spinner Flask is crafted from borosilicate glass 3.3, designed specifically for suspension cell culture applications. It features an adjustable paddle blade impeller that enhances mixing efficiency while maintaining a sterile environment, as the stirrer shaft does not extend through the cap. The flask′s 1:1 headspace ratio optimizes gas exchange, and its bottom dimple design improves circulation and minimizes cell accumulation in the center. Additionally, the entire unit can be autoclaved at 121°C for effective sterilization.
