- Fast, one-step purification of GST-tagged proteins and other glutathione S-trasferase or glutathione-dependent proteins
- Mild conditions during the purification process preserves protein antigenicity and function
General description
Glutathione Sepharose™ High Performance is used for the purification of GST-tagged proteins from bacterial lysates and other S-transferases or glutathione-dependent proteins. GST-tagged proteins are eluted under mild, nondenaturing conditions using reduced glutathione. The purification process preserves protein antigenicity and function.
