Empty columns with high pressure stability for packing with modern BioProcess media for process development and preparative chromatography.
Provides axial compression of the gel bed and a nonrotating plunger mechanism that expands packing capabilities.

General description

The QuickLock mechanism of the adapter shaft facilitates rapid and easy movement of the adapter, simplifying adjustments as well as disassembly and cleaning. The measurement scale on the column makes it easier to predict and reach a predefined packing height, thereby increasing process control as well as reproducibility. Although optimized for high-pressure media, HiScale columns are fully compatible with all applications (and packing methods) currently applicable to XK columns.
