General description
HiTrap Capto MMC column is prepacked with a multimodal ion exchange chromatography resin for direct load of clarified feedstocks.
HiTrap Capto MMC is prepacked with Capto MMC, a multimodal BioProcess ion exchange resin. The multimodal functionality gives a different selectivity compared with traditional ion exchangers and it binds proteins at high or low ionic strength.
If necessary, two columns can easily be connected in series to give a bed height of 2NA cm.
Media prepacked in HiScreen HIC columns are also available in other formats and as bulk packs, which makes it possible to use the same media for development work, pilot studies, and routine production.
