We are pleased to offer these products from BioIVT. Naive B cells express CD19 as well as IgD.
A Naive B cell has not yet been exposed to an antigen. Once exposed it will become either a plasma cell or a memory B cell.
Human Normal Peripheral Blood CD19+IgD+ Naive B Cells (PB-CD19/IgD) are isolated in a single-step process that removes non-B cells as well as CD27+ Memory B Cells leaving only CD19+ IgD+ Naive B Cells.
