General description
P24 is a free human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) capsid antigen. This antigen forms a part of inner shell of the virus. P24 antigen test is usually done to estimate new drugs. This test also helps in diagnosis of pediatric HIV infection.
Immunogen
Antibody was raised against a recombinant full-length HIV-1 p24 protein.
