OCT3/OCT4 is a transcription factor that belongs to the transcription Pit-Oct-Unc (POU)family. This protein contains a POU-specific homeodomain and DNA-binding domain. Anti-OCT3 antibody detects endogenous levels of total OCT3 protein.

The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human OCT3.
