General description

Anti-IgE Reference Antibody, expressed from CHO cells with a heavy chain type of huIgG1 and a light chain type of hukappa, has a predicted MW of 145.5 kDa. This antibody is highly versatile for various research applications. It facilitates ELISA assays for quantifying IgE expression levels, FACS for precise cell sorting, kinetic studies to analyze its binding properties, functional assays to assess its biological activity, and utilization in animal models to evaluate its efficacy and safety profiles in vivo. Preparation Note

For reconstitution, we recommend adding sterile, distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of 1 mg/mL. Gently shake it to solubilize the protein completely. Do not vortex.
Upon receipt, store immediately at -20°C for 24 months in lypholized state. -80°C for 12 months after reconstitution. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
