General description

Signal regulatory proteingamma (SIRP-γγ), also known as signal regulatory protein beta 2, and CD172g, GenBank Accession No. NP_018556, a.a. 29-360, fused at the C-terminus to the Fc portion of human IgG1 and C terminal Avitag , MW 67.6 kDa, expressed in a HEK293 expression system and enzymatically biotinylated using Avitag technology. Note: SIRP-γ is heavily glycosylated, resulting in higher molecular weight. Biotinylation was confirmed to be >90%.
