Fits most brands of electroporators. Use for bacterial transformations, eukaryotic transfections, and the electroporation of mammalian cells and yeast. Manufactured to tight tolerances for optimum performance.
- Use the 0.1 cm gap width for bacteria (white cap)
- Use the 0.2 cm gap size width for yeast (blue cap)
- Use the 0.4 cm gap size width for mammalian cells (red cap)
- All cuvettes are individually bagged and g-irradiated for sterility.
- The material used to manufacture the cuvettes is crystal styrene.
