General description
PUF plugs of appropriate density effectively trap contaminants without creating excessive back pressure. PUF plugs sometimes are used with an additional adsorbent, such as Amberlite™ XAD®-2 resin, to collect more volatile contaminants, or with a filter, to trap particles.
