General description
SUPELCOGEL™ columns containing sulfonated divinylbenzene resins are available in 6 cationic forms, each with unique selectivity, for the analysis of saccharides or organic acids. While chemical and physical properties do not vary significantly within different classes of sugars, HPLC separations of carbohydrates depend on differences in conformation, configuration, and column type.
