General description

TSKgel SP-5PW columns are packed with porous hydrophilic polymer beads which are surface modified with a strong cation exchanger. They are used for the separation and analysis of proteins, peptides, and other biologically active molecules. TSKgel SP-5PW columns have the same backbone chemistry and selectivity as the bulk process scale resins Toyopearl SP-650 and TSKgel SP-5PW.
