Application

1,2,3,6,7,11b-Hexahydro-2-nitroso-4H-pyrazino[2,1-a]isoquinolin-4-one may be used as a pharmaceutical reference standard for the determination of impurities in pharmaceutical formulations by chromatography techniques.
