General description
该裂解液同时适用于DNA和RNA分离，可从人类全血中优先裂解红细胞，从而获得完整的白细胞（不含红细胞）以进行进一步研究应用。此裂解液不可用于任何其他物种的全血裂解。
Application
红细胞裂解液已应用于分离HIV感染者外周血单核细胞。它还用于分离肺细胞，初始CD8+ T细胞和肺部感染细胞。
