一般描述

1-丙硫醇(1-PP)是一种烷基硫醇,可在多种纳米颗粒上作为自组装单层(SAM)。1-PP中存在碳-硫(C-S)键,因此可形成丙基和硫元素。

应用

1-PP可作为封盖剂,提高银纳米颗粒(AgNP)的热稳定性和光吸收比,可集成到钙钛矿太阳能电池中。镓砷(Ga-As)可使用1-PP进行表面功能化,可用于制造半导体工业中的VI族前体和自组装电子束电阻。还可以在金(111)表面形成SAM,用于固定大分子。
