General description

Application

1,2-二油酰基-sn-甘油-3-磷酸乙醇胺（18：1（Δ9-Cis）PE（DOPE））能形成稳定脂质层，与内体脂双层迅速融合。 DOPE与1,2-二油酰基-3-三甲基铵-丙烷（DOTAP）结合，体外转染效率很高。
