General description

Rat cytokines and chemokines are critical signaling molecules that orchestrate immune responses, inflammation, and cellular communication in rodent models, making them essential biomarkers for preclinical research in drug development, toxicology studies, and disease pathogenesis. These small proteins, including interleukins, tumor necrosis factors, interferons, and chemotactic factors, regulate diverse physiological processes from wound healing and infection response to cancer progression and autoimmune disorders.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze up to 27 analytes in rat serum, plasma, tissue/cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants.
