General description

Monalide is a selective post-emergence herbicide belonging to the class of anilides. It is widely used for the control of weeds in vegetable crops.

Application

Monalide may be used as an analytical reference standard for the quantification of the analyte in apple juice and water samples using various chromatography techniques.
