General description
1,3,5-三苯基甲臜是由2,3,5-三苯基-2H-氯化四唑(TTC)盐还原后产生的不溶性化合物,是细胞氧化还原电位指示剂。该反应不可逆。TTC甲臜颜色鲜艳,可使用分光光度计定量分析。
