Application

Colorburst 可用于估计样品分子量、监测电泳运行的进程或确认电印迹是否完整。
色彩鲜艳、分辨率极高、方便且稳定的 ColorBurst 蛋白分子量标记物在多种凝胶组成和浓度中表现令人印象深刻。彩色突发标记物由 8 种多肽组成，多肽经化学还原后与颜色鲜艳的染料结合。方便的是，在使用前，ColorBurst 标记不需要重悬、减少或加热。

Preparation Note

每瓶 ColorBurst 含 500μL 溶液，至少可用于 50 次微型凝胶应用。

Other Notes

溶液含有肌球蛋白-紫、BSA-红、GDH-蓝、ADH-红、碳酸酐酶-橙、胰蛋白酶抑制剂-蓝、溶菌酶-红、抑肽酶-蓝、200 mM Tris、SDS 和甲酰胺。每个批次提供了通过与非结合标准品比较测定的表观分子量。
