General description

IgG 抗体亚型是免疫系统中含量最高的血清免疫球蛋白。由B细胞分泌，存在于血液和细胞外液中，免疫球蛋白有两条重链（H）和两条轻链（L），通过二硫键连接。 每条轻链含一个N-末端可变区和一个C-末端恒定区。重链有一个N-末端可变区和三个或四个（CH1-CH4）C-末端恒定区。IgG 的四种类型分别为IgG1、IgG2、IgG3和IgG4。IgG抗体提供保护作用，防止细菌、真菌和病毒引起的感染。母体IgG通过胎盘传递给胎儿，对新生儿抵抗感染的免疫防御能力至关重要。大鼠IgG 由分级分离和离子交换层析从混合的正常大鼠血清中纯化得到。
