Nonfat-Dried Milk bovine has been used as a blocking agent/solution in:

• immunohistochemistry
• western blotting
• enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)

Reconstitution with 100 mL deionized water yields a 3% w/v working solution.
