应用

碳酸氢钠溶液可用于:
  • 作为Hanks′平衡盐溶液(HBSS)和recording medium组分,用于大鼠或小鼠组织外植体的培养
  • 作为Dulbecco′改良Eagle′培养基(DMEM)组分,用于小鼠组织外植体的培养
  • 作为最低必需培养基(MEM)组分,用于研究对人结直肠腺癌细胞和乳腺腺癌的细胞毒性
  • 制备胶原混合物液滴,用于3D胶原出芽实验
  • 制备胶原基质,用于大鼠表皮角质形成细胞(REK)器官型培养
