4-氨基苯甲磺酰氟盐酸盐相对无毒。

应用

4-氨基苯甲磺酰氟盐酸盐已用作：
  • 抑制剂鸡尾酒的组分，用于全血收集和血浆分离
  • 十二烷基硫酸钠（SDS）样品缓冲液的组分，用于制备全细胞提取物
  • 胰蛋白酶抑制剂，用于测量其抑制效率，并确定量子点荧光共振能量转移（FRET）式酶探针的功效

生化/生理作用

4-氨基苯甲磺酰氟盐酸盐（p-APMSF）能抑制镰孢菌产生的胰蛋白酶样蛋白酶。它还能够阻断牛Xa因子、人纤溶酶和人补体蛋白酶C1r和C1s。
具有赖氨酸或精氨酸底物特异性的丝氨酸蛋白酶的不可逆抑制剂。有效浓度是10-100 μM。常用于表征新发现的蛋白酶。
