一般描述

应用

(+)-生物素酰肼已用于：
  • 修饰海藻酸
  • 标记非肌肉组织中的线粒体蛋白
  • 作为糖蛋白染色液组分
  • 黏液素的高碘酸-生物素-酰肼(PABH)检测
  • 用于标记表面官能团、生物活性分子（如抗体、凝集素、糖、核酸或含游离羧基或酮基的分子）。
  • 通过腙形成的碳水化合物与糖蛋白偶联。
