生化/生理作用
羰基氰3-氯苯肼(CCCP)诱导哺乳动物细胞的有丝分裂吞噬。CCCP抑制少量电子传递链(ETC)蛋白的表达。线粒体中氧化磷酸化的质子载体(H+ 离子载体)和解耦体。表明对细胞钙有多种影响。抑制肝脂肪酶分泌,部分抑制pH梯度激活的刷状缘膜泡中Cl- 的摄取和Cl-/Cl- 交换活性。
