一般描述
HEPES 是一种通用两性离子缓冲液,不结合镁、钙、锰 (II) 或铜 (II) 离子。HEPES 已被Norman Good 博士和他的同事在 1966 年分类为 Good 缓冲液。在生物 pH 值为两性离子,在 pH 6.8~8.2 范围内最有效。
应用
HEPES 钠盐溶液适用于细胞培养研究。可用于制备 HEPES 缓冲液。可在透化成纤维细胞的磷酸化试验中用作缓冲液。可组成复合透析缓冲液,用于放射免疫法测定血清中游离甲状腺素。
