4-甲基伞形酮硫酸酯(4MUS)作为一种通用底物,是4-甲基伞形酮(4MU)的极性代谢物。
应用
4-甲基伞形酮硫酸酯钾盐已用作偶联荧光硫代转移酶测定的底物,以从3′-磷酸腺苷5′-磷酸盐再生3′-磷酸腺苷 5′-磷酸硫酸盐(PAPS),进而测定脑苷脂硫酸转移酶(CST)的酶活性。它还用作芳香基硫酸酯酶测定/4-甲基伞形酮硫酸酯(4-MUS)测定的底物,以测试蛋白磁珠复合体的酶活性。
生化/生理作用
