生化/生理作用

棕榈酸钠是棕榈酸的钠盐,它是硬皂的成分。棕榈酸是一种常见的饱和脂肪酸,是在脂肪酸合成过程中产生的。棕榈酸钠可增强各种细胞中的脂肪生成、 细胞脂肪变性。棕榈酸可增强脂肪酸积累,从而诱导人表皮生长因子受体2(HER2)/neu阳性细胞和乳腺癌细胞(如MCF-7)的死亡。棕榈酸钠通过诱导糖原合酶激酶-3β(GSK3β)表达,进而诱导L02和HepG2肝细胞的脂性凋亡。
