应用

亚精胺已可用于：
  • 制备5x转录缓冲液
  • 与其他试剂一起处理双链RNA以增加线虫对dsRNA的摄取
  • 作为大鼠脑多胺分析研究的标准(185)

生化/生理作用

抑制神经元型一氧化氮合成酶（nNOS）。结合和沉淀DNA，可用于DNA结合蛋白纯化。激活T4聚核苷酸激酶活性。

注意

如果需要无菌溶液，则应采用无菌过滤而非高压灭菌。时间一长，亚精胺将发生脱氨基作用；溶液应采用冷冻保存。通常需要配制新溶液。
