一般描述

无需超速离心即可分离天然完整膜和膜相关蛋白的便捷试剂盒。提取基于蛋白质与细胞膜的结合，而不是基于其疏水性。所得样品适用于功能测定，2-D凝胶电泳和其他应用。
注意：1个试剂盒足以进行多达20次的样品提取。
膜蛋白仅代表人类基因组编码的蛋白质的三分之一，但它们代表了已知的药物蛋白靶标的三分之二以上。因此，制备和表征膜蛋白的方法对于药物发现具有重要意义。但是，由于其疏水性，膜蛋白比可溶性蛋白更难分析。除了溶解的固有困难外，膜蛋白由于其普遍的低丰度而具有挑战性。因此，膜蛋白样品制备的挑战是有效的溶解和选择性富集，理想地将蛋白保持在非变性状态。

生化/生理作用

ProteoExtract®天然膜蛋白提取试剂盒设计用于从广泛的哺乳动物样品中分离天然膜蛋白，包括：

•贴壁组织培养细胞

• 悬浮生长组织培养细胞

•冷冻细胞团块

• 组织

制备说明

• 清洗缓冲液

在4°℃下储存。

•提取缓冲液I& II

提取缓冲液I和II可在4°℃下储存长达6个月。

为了延长储存时间，将缓冲液以方便的等分试样在-20°℃下冷冻。提取前，缓冲液必须在室温（RT）下解冻。解冻后，通过轻轻振摇或涡旋混合组分。避免反复冻融！

•蛋白酶抑制剂混合物

蛋白酶抑制剂混合物在DMSO中提供，可以在4°°C下保存长达6个月。为了延长储存时间，将混合物以方便的等分试样在-20°℃下冷冻。在样品制备过程中，必须将其保存在室温下，以防止DMSO冻结。
每次提取所需的缓冲液量取决于起始细胞材料的量。
