一般描述

该试剂盒采用96孔板,包含冻干标准混合物、两个内部检测质控品,可最多可测定38份样本,重复两次。

ANGPTL6标准品与ANGPTL4分析的交叉反应性小于2%。 对于全部其他分析物,一种分析物的抗体与本检测条中的任何其他分析物之间不存在或可忽略的交叉反应性。

应用

  • 分析物:α-甲胎蛋白(AFP)、ANGPTL3、ANGPTL4、ANGPTL6(AGF)、FABP1(L-FABP)、FGF-19、FGF-21、FGF-23、HGF
  • 推荐样本类型: 人血清、血浆和细胞/组织培养上清液或裂解液
  • 注释:测量ANGPTL6/AGF时建议使用血清样品
  • 推荐的样品稀释度:每孔12.5 μL 1:2稀释的血清或血浆。细胞/组织培养样品可以未经稀释或在对照培养基中适当稀释使用。
  • 分析运行时间:为了获得最佳灵敏度,建议在2-8℃下过夜(16-18小时)。也可以在室温(20-25℃)下使用2小时。
