Preparation Note
工作溶液：瓶1催化剂：
用1 ml双蒸水将冻干酶重悬10分钟并充分混匀。
瓶2染料溶液：
即用型溶液。
反应混合物
用于100次检测：在使用前不久，将瓶1中的250 μl与瓶2中的11.25 ml的进行混合。
用于400次检测：在使用前不久，将全部体积的催化剂（1 ml）加入至全部体积的
染料溶液（45 ml）并充分混匀。
注意：反应混合物不应当进行储备；在立即使用前进行制备。
储备条件（工作溶液）：2至8°C
冻干酶可在2至8°C稳定
重悬的催化剂溶液可在2至8°C稳定储存四周
一旦解冻，染料溶液可在2至8°C稳定储存数周。
