Application
EX-CELL® Advanced CHO Fed-batch Medium from SAFC has been specifically developed to support growth and productivity across a diverse set of Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells in fed-batch cultures while still allowing for flexibility in the adjustment of protein quality attributes.
This contemporary fed-batch platform was developed using a strategy of Multivariate Analysis to establish correlations in which the formulation components influence critical process and product attributes such as titer, fold expansion, receptor expression, and glycosylation.
