General description
ST2(致癌抑制因子)属于细胞因子IL-1家族。它也称为 IL-33(白细胞介素33)和IL1RL1(白细胞介素1受体样1)。它在巨噬细胞和各种炎症细胞(如辅助性T细胞2(Th2))、肥大细胞、嗜碱细胞和嗜酸粒细胞中表达。它位于染色体2q12。
Immunogen
与小鼠ST2氨基末端16个氨基酸对应的合成肽。该肽序列在三种已知的ST2同种型中共有。
