一般描述
免疫球蛋白 G (IgG) 属于免疫球蛋白家族，由 γ（γ）恒定 (C) 区的重链。IgG 是一种广泛表达的血清抗体。IgG 单体结构为两条相同的重链和两条相同的轻链，分子量分别为 50 kDa 和 25 kDa。该抗体的一级结构还包含连接两条重链、连接重链和轻链的二硫键，并存在于链内。IgG 进一步细分为四类即 IgG1、IgG2、IgG3 和 IgG4 具有不同重链，分别命名为 γ1, γ2, γ3 和 γ4。CD5 + B 细胞是新生儿细胞库中的主要淋巴细胞，它产生和释放 IgG。母体 IgG 是唯一通过胎盘转运至胎儿的抗体。母体 IgG 被动免疫婴儿。
