General description

C-X3-C基序趋化因子受体1(CX3CR1)是七跨膜结构域G蛋白偶联受体。该基因位于人染色体3p22.2上。CX3CR1在不同类型的炎症细胞中表达。

Immunogen

产生针对对应于人CX3CR1氨基酸2至21的肽的CX3CR1抗体。该序列与小鼠和大鼠CX3CR1的序列不同,有四个氨基酸(3,4)。
