General description
Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) belongs to the interleukin-1 receptor (IL-1R) family. It is highly polymorphic and is located on human chromosome 9q33.1.
Immunogen
Antibody was raised against a 14 amino acid peptide near the carboxy terminus of human TLR4.

The action of this antibody can be blocked using blocking peptide SBP3500765.
