General description
CD3 分子由定位于人染色体 11q23.3 的基因编码。编码的蛋白质以CD3ε、CD3γ和CD3δ三种亚型形式存在，每个都包含一个N端胞外域、一个跨膜片段和一个胞质域。CD3 是在所有人 T 淋巴细胞表面表达的 20kDa 糖蛋白。
抗体 MEM-57 与人 CD3 复合物的 γ-ε 和 δ-ε 二聚体反应，CD3 复合物是在外周血 T 淋巴细胞和成熟胸腺细胞上表达的较大的多亚基 T 细胞受体复合物（CD3/TCR）的一部分。
