4.Merck reserves the right to replace the designated gift with another gift of equivalent value if the designated gift has been delivered, but will try to notify User in advance.
5.Before the gift is issued, it is necessary to verify whether the user has overdue debt, and the gift can be issued only after the overdue debt is cleared.
6.By exchanging gifts or participating in this activity, you acknowledge that you have been appointed by your employer to receive the gifts.
