盐酸苯肼用于检测贫血小鼠 EPO 反应性正常成红细胞样细胞中 Janus 蛋白酪氨酸激酶 (JAK) 的酪氨酸磷酸化 。
Biochem/physiol Actions
将盐酸苯肼腹腔注射到野生型和 Hp、Hx 单缺失小鼠体内时，会引起急性溶血 ，从而会抑制动物组织切片中辣根过氧化物 (HRP) 残留活性 。
