Application
Cesium nitrate is used in the synthesis of cesium nitratocuprate, Cs2[Cu(NO3)4], which crystallizes in a square-planar coordination around the Cu center. CsNO3 may also be used in the preparation of a low temperature CO conversion Cu-Zn-Al catalysts.
