Application

Dibenzyl N,N-dimethylphosphoramidite was used in the preparation of dibenzyl phosphoramidates incorporating the representative C-terminal protected amino acids leucine, phenylalanine, glutamic acid and proline. It was also used for the fast and clean phosphitylation of alcohols, including hindered alcohols.
