General description
D-Glucose-1,2,3,4,5,6,6-d7 is a stable isotopes and simple sugar containing six carbon atoms in the cyclic form.
Application
D-glucose-1,2,3,4,5,6,6-d7 can be used:
- As a dopant in the process of controlling the quality of grape juice contaminated by apple juice using electrospray ionization Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry [ESI (-) FT-ICR MS].
- To quantify the physical and chemical recycling of glucose by measuring the difference in their metabolism.
- In combination with D2O to increase the lipid production by reducing the D-H exchange.
